I’m a recent graduate of the University of Kelaniya with a First Class in BSc (Hons) in Computer Science Degree. Currently, I serve as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Computer Systems Engineering at the Faculty of Computing and Technology. In addition, I coordinate the Center for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence as well as the Tutoring and Support Center, where we help drive academic engagement, research initiatives, and knowledge sharing in the faculty.
My final year research focused on blockchain technology, sparking a deep interest in secure, decentralized systems and their real-world applications. I’m also eager to broaden my understanding of how blockchain can intersect with artificial intelligence to create more intelligent and transparent solutions.
I’m deeply passionate about applying AI and data science to the world of sports, a lifelong area of interest for me. I love exploring how analytics, machine learning, and intelligent systems can uncover new insights about performance, strategy, and athlete development. Also, I am interested in applying AI and blockchain technologies to cybersecurity, aiming to create smarter and more resilient systems. I aspire to develop innovative solutions that protect digital infrastructure, enhance trust, and stay ahead of increasingly sophisticated cyber threats.
My current roles have allowed me to balance teaching, research, and technical leadership. I value collaboration, continuous learning, and building things that matter. I'm always open to exciting ideas and forward-thinking partnerships that align with my interests in blockchain and AI.
